I got off the phone with uConnect this morning and would like to confirm it for the community with this same question.
I have also tried to access the BT menu to delete my phone, but it won't open.

I tried doing a factory reset and when I get to the final step which prompts you to enter YES or NO I cant execute it. Is there a way to reset/reboot. Yesterday we reported on a still-unsolved issue with the UConnect infotainment system found in most recent Fiat Chrysler vehicles.
