2013 Jeep Wrangler Radio Quit Working. No sound from the CD player, either. I shut the Jeep off and restarted and the same thing.
The next step then, is Occam's Razor.
This radio was used in multiple vehicle models manufactured by Chrysler.

My girlfriend has a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the factory radio quit ...
I then watched the video on how to removed the stereo and found that the Antenna was firmly in place. But there has to be a solution/ reason that Jeep can find to fix this problem. Making a long story short, after resetting my defaults, all functions returned as normal. but if I pair my phone, the same process starts all over again. i had the same problem but i had no sound on anything. the radio powered up and showed the channels but the volume knob didn't work. it would sometimes cut on and back off. this may sound crazy but it worked, i took the radio out, took off the front face plate, and opened the radio to expose the circuit boards. i removed the board that the front face plate plugged into. this is the crazy part.
